I've lost sunsets, worrying about tomorrow
And I've read headlines, that stole my peace of mind
And I've got sideways, off the straight and narrow
And thought more money would help me sleep at night

Learning how to make the most of this whole ride
I ain't figured it all out, but Lord, I'm trying

They keep tomatoes coming up in the garden

Leave them in the winter seal just for her

Send a good book by the bed

Sipping good whiskey underneath the stars is a good reminder
