Watchmen On The Wall

Awake O Yisrael from your slumber
Arise all Ye servants of the Savior
Hear the shofar sound in Zion
Like the roar of a mighty lion
All along the watchtower
And on the rampart too
We scan the dark for danger
- for any evil that comes into view


We are watchmen on the wall
Guardians of the gate one and all
Our shofars thunder, sounding the alarm
A call to action a call to arms
Loyal sentinels warning His people
Of invading forces of evil
So heed the call…
Of His watchmen on the wall


Steadfast and standing guard at our post 
Watching for danger to approach
We cannot be silent or hold our peace
ever alert we never fall asleep
With one eye out for the enemy
And one eye on the sheep
